I usually do meditate everyday multiple times. Today then, after few hours, after Anne’s ‘nudge’, I was made to sit down. Then, after an hour, the following was journalled.

“Life is love. All beauty is here now. Always cherish your current moments, that’s your true currency. Love does not get held back, only expands. Don’t try understand love, only flow in it. There is only unending joy for all, everyone is on the path to knowing their true self. The universe is within you. You create it as you evolve. All ‘else’ is in you. You are supreme. Nothing can hurt, harm or destroy, you are eternal, beautiful, connected and ephermal. All that is, is granted only for your growth. Life flows endlessly for us to know who we truly are. Your path is only of growth and flow. We bless you to show yourself and others the true light, the light of Self and the light of love. Go forth as we all with you, in you and guiding guarding you. Your love is made to manifest others in themselves. True to your name, do the universe proud. Unending energy, unending light , unending love, all are Yours. Behold!”
