There seems a beginning and an end in this external manifestation. If you look carefully though, the horizon seems the merging of the sky and the ocean. Both limitless, un-measurable, separate, yet, almost one….it takes the inner eye to recognize, they are truly, ONE!

The Ganges, a river flowing for eternity through the mouth of a glacier, starting seemingly from somewhere, ending seemingly somewhere. The snow falls, melting into its waters, then evaporates again. All seemingly separate, yet, ONE!

You sit in meditation, slowly, the breathing seems external to YOU, the body has already lost its significance. The pure YOU, just remains….slowly, the thinking mind has also come to a standstill. While the awareness remains, as YOU stay in the stillness, the stillness becomes YOU.

EVERYTHING else, seemingly in and around YOU, merges as ONE. Nothing remains, yet everything still seems to be. There is then, only pure consciousness remaining. Its own evidence, in its own stillness, neither recognised, nor manifested. Simply it-‘self’, with nothing beyond, nor in.

Slowly, then, BLISS becomes YOU. Pure unending JOY.

Come along. Allow yourself to come HOME. Simply, BE. Let go. Just BE, until you know, there is no OTHER, than simply YOU, YOURSELF, as it ALL. No separation. The horizon is no longer! The sky and ocean have now, merged!
